Returns and refunds
Every piece is made to order. Nothing is printed until you buy it, which is how we keep the range this wide. It also means we cannot restock a returned item, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please use the size guide on each product page.
If something arrives wrong, we fix it free. That covers a misprint, a print in the wrong place, the wrong item entirely, damage in transit, a manufacturing fault, or a parcel that never turns up.
Email Rigdawgssupervision@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if it never arrived, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. You will not need to ship the faulty item back unless we ask.
Wrong address. If the address given at checkout is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you for a corrected address. Reshipping is chargeable.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they enter production, which is usually within a few hours. After that the piece is already being made.
This does not affect your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.
Shipping
Every piece is printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days before anything ships. Delivery in Canada is roughly 4 to 30 business days on top of that, depending on the item. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on what is in your order. There is no free shipping threshold.
Orders can arrive in more than one parcel. Caps are always packed separately from clothing, so a hoodie and a cap in the same order will usually turn up on different days. Nothing has gone wrong if that happens.
Tracking is emailed as soon as each parcel leaves the facility.
Privacy
What we collect. When you order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. If you send a quote request we collect the name and phone number you type in, and what you tell us about the load. Our store runs on Shopify and payment is handled on Shopify’s checkout — we never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it. To take payment, to get your order made and delivered, to quote on your job, to email you about that order, and to answer you if you get in touch. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your information.
Who else sees it. Only the companies that make the order happen: Shopify, which runs the store and the checkout; Printful, which prints and ships your order and needs your name and address to do it; and the courier carrying your parcel.
Your choices. Email Rigdawgssupervision@gmail.com to see what we hold on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies. This site does not run advertising or analytics tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your shopping bag, so it survives moving between pages. You can block it, but the bag and checkout will stop working.

Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. We can decline an order if something is priced wrong, if we cannot make it, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Prices. In Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Sizes 4XL and 5XL carry a surcharge, shown on the product page before you add to bag, because they cost more to make. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have ordered.
Made to order. Every piece is printed for you after you buy. Print placement can vary slightly from the mockups, and colours can look different on different screens. That is normal for printed apparel and is not a fault.
Our designs are ours. The Rig Dawgs name, the wolf patch and every design on this store belong to Rig Dawgs Supervision Inc. Do not copy or resell them.
Limits. We are responsible for getting you what you ordered. We are not responsible for indirect losses, and our liability is capped at what you paid for the order.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
